Aligned Living Counselling
A place to explore, choose, grow.
All guided by your values.
Areas of Focus
I am located in Calgary, Alberta and I provide psychotherapy support for adults and relationships navigating challenges in the following areas.
Relationship Counselling
Whether peer, romantic, family or work related.
Neurodivergence
Having a mind that functions in ways which diverge significantly from the dominant societal standards of “normal”. Examples of innate forms of neurodivergence are autism and ADHD.
Grief and Loss
Grief and loss can be related to death, job change, life transitions, or any significant loss.
Trauma
Past or present events that cause persistent distress in daily life that impacts our ability to experience life at its fullest.
Sex and Gender Diversity
Sexuality and gender identity are at the core of who we are. Having a space to explore and understand how the systems we are a part of impact those is crucial to any mental health journey.
